Majlis tersebut bermula pada jam 7.30 pagi dengan kehadiran tetamu jemputan, pengetua dan penolong-penolong kanan. Lagu Negaraku, Lagu Negeri Perak dan Lagu Sekolah telah dimainkan oleh kumpulan Wind Orchestra Sekolah Menengah Sains Raja Tun Azlan Shah, SERATAS Royal Rhapsody yang dipimpin oleh saudara Muhammad Shazril Haiqal bin Muhamad Nazri sebagai <em>conductor <\/em>kumpulan tersebut<em>.<\/em><\/span><\/p><p style=\"text-align: center;\"><span style=\"font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; color: #000000;\">Majlis diteruskan dengan penyampaian sijil watikah pelantikan kepada ahli-ahli badan-badan kepimpinan yang hadir pada pagi barakah tersebut. Selepas itu, setiap ahli badan kepimpinan telah bersama-sama berikrar Ikrar Badan Kepimpinan Sekolah Menengah Sains Raja Tun Azlan Shah yang diketuai oleh saudari Nur Afiera Afza binti Baharin.
